In Store Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges on all unworn and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of original purchase.
Exchanges and store credit apply to full priced items only. Jewelry, accessories including hats, gloves, masks & scarfs and all discounted sale items are FINAL SALE and non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Online Policy
We understand that shopping online can be a bit challenging when you can’t see or try on the items that you are buying so we try to make the exchange process as easy and convenient as possible.
We accept exchanges on all unworn and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the original ship date. Items must be received in the same condition they were delivered – new, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange based on the condition of an item being returned.
Exchanges apply to full priced items only. Jewelry, accessories including hats, gloves, masks & scarfs and all discounted sale items are FINAL SALE and non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
We pack each order and carefully inspect items for any damages. If you happen to receive damaged goods, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the problem.
Processing a Exchange-Online:
Please fill out a form on our contact page or email directly to MoYadve124@gmail.comm Make sure to include “RA request and order #” on the subject line.
We will confirm return with an RA number via email. Print this email and include it with your return package. Please note that all requests for RA numbers must be made via e-mail.
Returns should be shipped to:

All exchanges must be pre-paid and insured Pickentt must receive your return within seven days of issuing the Return Authorization number. We recommend that you ship your returned goods via insured parcel post, for tracking purposes. In the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled, Pickentt does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation
Please note Pickentt will not accept packages that are sent COD. Once we receive your returned goods, you will receive an e-mail notification. Your return request will be processed within five business days following receipt of the package.

Shipping
Orders placed Tuesday through Friday before 5 p.m. EST will be processed within 2 business days, excluding holidays.
We ship via USPS Priority shipping for all domestic shipments which includes insurance of packages over $100. An email will be sent to notify that item has been shipped.
Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. Please contact us ASAP if you have received damaged or incorrect goods we will try our best to rush your package out as soon as we receive the original goods.
